What we offer

Property listings for browsing, search, and enquiry; an optional account for saving favorites and tracking your enquiries; a mortgage calculator; a directory of agents; tools for owners and tenants to manage rentals; advertising applications; and a help center. Browsing and submitting a guest enquiry never requires an account.

Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account or enter into any agreement through the site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or automatically harvest content from the site; submit spam, fraudulent, or abusive enquiries; impersonate another person or business; or attempt to bypass the site's security or verification controls.

Manage Rentals

Rental listings submitted by owners are reviewed by our team before becoming active and are never published automatically. Rent tracking shown to owners and tenants is a record-keeping tool, not a payment processor -- we do not collect or store card or bank details through this feature.

Third-party sign-in

If you use "Continue with Google" to sign in, that authentication is governed by Google's own terms in addition to ours.

Intellectual property

Site content, design, and branding belong to Charkop Crest Realty unless otherwise noted. Property photos and descriptions are provided by or on behalf of the respective listing owners.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Charkop Crest Realty is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on information it contains.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, including spam, fraud, or abuse of the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
